Clinch Marina Parking in TC

I tried calling Clinch Marina and there's no answer. I'll be towing up to Traverse City this summer and spending a couple days. Clinch Marina looks nice, but I don't see any truck/trailer parking in the aerial photos. Is there a place to park my trailer? I ran into this problem last summer while visiting St. Ignace. Overnight parking was not allowed at the launch.

There is limited parking in Clinch. Additionally the water level could be so low you may not be able to launch there. Elmwood Marina is just a couple miles up the coast and far better. Great docks and plenty of parking.
$5 daily launch fee.

Thanks for the info. Elmwood looks nice, too.

How bad were the water levels last year?

Clinch does have a off site trailer lot that I used last year when there. Its a few blocks away but not to far.

Clinch is a great place to stay especially since its walking distance to downtown. Lots to do. You can park your trailer at the Elmwood boat launch and park your truck at Clinch (if you even need it there, you can walk most places). Elmwood marina is nice also and very close.

The water is down a little but not low enough to not be able to launch at Elmwood, the ramp there is top notch.

Look us up when you are in town! 231-534-5060! Kevin

RE: Water levels. The bays like the rest of LK. Michigan lost water and these is significant exposed shoreline. There still is plenty of open water to enjoy and use some caution as you enter areas where the water changes color to Turquoise !
