Holy crap, it must me on Jack stands and just barley fit into the side showroom.... Glad to see it getting some attention... Tell Dave when its all done I will buy it back

Shooting the tank was a fun experiment.
Been in line for the recyclers but hasn’t made it yet.
On guns, w/living in the sticks I can shoot in my back yard.
I have a 40 cal pistol, 12 gauge pump and dads ancient, single shot 22 rifle that is deadly accurate.
What would they do to 1/8” alum plate?
The 40 did what I expected the cannon would.
The slugs left severe depressions in back wall but never penetrated it.
I expected the shot gun to penetrate but did not even when close enough to keep a small pattern.
Looks like it took a hit from an 8 lb sledge.
The 22 was the surprise.
Even from 70’ away, every shot went through left its mark in the back wall.
The old many always said that a single shot from a 22, in the right place, would take down anything.
Still like my shotgun though. All you have to do is aim for the noise.
The 22 can kill you, the 40 blows a hole through you, the scatter gun drops you!

I have quite a few pistols and rifles. Was at the range last week, hadn't shot in a long time. Sighting in a 44 mag revolver w/ scope, hand cannon for sure. Ran out of movement on the scope, will have to shim and re-try.
I had a piece of Kevlar armor plate from an old military project, neat stuff to play with. Shot 30-06, 30 carbine, 500 S&W, 357 mag, and many other rounds that I cannot remember. Only a few of the rounds made it thru mainly the M1 30-06 rounds, a lot of them got caught in the plate. Pretty wild stuff.

Had been a yr for me. Since our move.
Ild place had a perfect, natural shooting range in back yard.This place? Not so much.
Neighbors both side, that now, probably hate my guts.
