Is c dock completed

Just wondering if C dock is done and open for boaters in PIB

We left Monday morning and it was not open then

We bailed again do to rain on Sunday. We kept waiting and waiting and before long it just seemed like to much of a hassle for one night. I'd like to get up there before we head to Boyne. I heard C and A aren't going to be completed till sometime in July.

Completion in July means August in Ohio
