Yes sunday morning got up it was clear and a little bit later the fog rolled in, the top of the monument disappeared. We went to Pasqualis to eat breakfast and it got worse at one point you could barely see the boat at A B and C dock from the restaurant, but it eventually cleared ou was sunny.

I wanted to go up this past weekend but the gf and I weren't on the same page. Ended up boating at local lake though. Weather sure looked nice. I want to go up the 11th just having trouble getting that Saturday off. I'd come up after work but with nights getting dark quick I don't want to cross in the dark.

We are planning to come up for Halloween, we got lucky last year and came up the day before the big wind storm blew in hopefully we can catch a break this year and get some sunny skies for the crossing. Will be up the Friday before Halloween. Maybe the 11th.

Im headed home tomorrow for leave and plan to head for the islands this weekend..I am shooting for PIB on Friday late afternoon possibly..depends on how I feel..24+ hours of travel after a 12 hour watch and difficulty sleeping on a plane will determine that..DEFINITELY will be at The Casino on KI Saturday afternoon for the clambake and then who knows after that...anyone else going to be around?

Got a half day Saturday :evilb: now hopefully the gf doesn't back out. Calling for high 54 0% and sunny. Sunday 61 and 0% sunny. Looks like waves are less the 2s all weekend. If we go we will be on B dock. Plan on hanging out at Roundhouse. I will try an update Saturday.
