Going upriver from River Ridge towards the sand bar

The last bend - a right hander - that you go around on the way to the sand bar …not quite at the half way point between the bend and the bar... just to the right (south ? i think the river is going east there) of middle.

2 people hit it last Thursday - neither had anything to mark it.

We're going to try and mark it but I can't get there until this coming Tuesday.

Not sure whether a submerged log partially broke loose or a stump rolled down with the current but it's in an area where it was safe to run before.

Be careful.

Seeing the title, I thought 'new stump' might be the nickname for the overly exuberant new marine cop!
