Bring jackets and rain gear. The forecast is 61 deg with T-storms Friday, mid 60's Saturday and 40's at night.

Just a heads up & don't mean to hijack the thread...

There was talk of a Show & Shine at the Red Anchor restaurant in Croton but it's been cancelled due in part to the weather forecast and also a perceived lack of interest.

If it's not pouring I'll be at the Anchor Fri nite with my boat & there probably be a few others around…if we can get enough unofficial participation maybe we can make it happen next year. I'll see if I can get the owner of the Anchor to run a drink special for anyone who drags their boat along.

I drove up Saturday and arrived around 11am and stayed for until about 7pm. From my perspective, it was a very nice and pleasant day, cool dry air, slight breeze, and lots of warm sun. I think the weather forecast kept some from coming. I have seen it busier in the past,---but Brower Park appeared to be full and the weather perfect for campfires....there was still lots of boats/activity.

I went for a ride on Dave W's 38' Cougar Cat---fun!--- "open" on top enough to let the sun in and keep the wind out. Visibility was excellent from within, and for an X-raceboat it was a lot of fun, and the intercom makes it nice too.

It was nice to see some people I knew from the past.

Yeah, the scarab is me and my wife, I have talked to you on the phone before, if I had saw you I would have loved to stopped and talked to you. I raised rev limiters on my hp500 efis and saw 85 going with current, 83 against the current, Smitty

I thought that may have been you Smitty. The boat sounded great. I haven't topped mine out with the fresh motor yet. I ran a couple of guys but kept her under 80 since I had the girlfriend on board. Boat starts chine walking around 80.
