Yes there still in business. They are very busy working on some new boats about to come out. I have heard this from a very close person to the company.

HTM has moved and is now in Lake Havasu. I just talked to the owner and they have some big plans as well as serviceing old customers. Check out www.htmperformanceboats.com

They may even make a twin SR-24 with LS-7's

Is Havasu Rick, one of the new owners? I met him earlier this summer and he told me that he and a buddy offered to buy HTM from Lia.
