I heard it's running in the mid eighties ! can't wait to here once the Herring props are done...could be 90 ? Either way what an accomplishment for Joe and the Hustler family.
It should make a stir at the Miami boat show!

lets hope she handles as well as she runs...shouldnt be a problem with all of that weight. tell ya i'd be pissed cruisin down the bay at 80 and having that come blasting past...lol

When Joe was testing he was in twenty plus mph winds and four foot sea's running eighty-five! Imagine the rooster tail from triple Arneson 8's....anybody have a umbrella LOL

btw. five people on board and SOLID ride ...weheeee

i ran next to a Fountain Express 45-48 with trip's and the water show was AWESOME !!!

I was in the boat ...before all the bugs where werked out of it. And we runnging 85. The rooster tail wasnt that big though. BUt the boat handled realy nice. I was very impressed with the boat. And yes i would get very pissed if that thing blew my doors off. Unfortanly the boat is already sold. MIMS was thinking of buying we liked it sooooo much.

Just think of it,a 50' ,doing 85 plus with diesels! I cant wait to go for a ride once the props are dialed in.....i'm chompin at the bit ,and to boot over 2mpg at 60mph with a 450 gallon tank...900 mile range!!!!!!

I dealt with Ralph from ProRoc and have been working on it for a while, i'm finalizing everything in Miami and taking delivery after the show then doing the Poker run to the keys.
I cant wait!!!!!!!

Bern, pre traded the 36 spectre to ProRoc they have it in stock,you should buy, it it's as new as a 2004 used can be

I heard a 50, not the 49 like mentioned, with trip Yan 480's is doing over 90, what an accmplishment, good job Hustler, got to be the Arnesons :D :cool:

The diesel 50 will be in the water and a 50 with 1075's the 44 and a 38 will be on land.What a showing!
The diesel 50 is on the cover of Poker Runs America and the Dupont Registry....BTW

How do they control the prop rotation. Do they use a gear box or a special transmission?

Nicest boat of the show of the larger V bottoms, least amount of flaws. I particularly like this model, Joe did a nice job, read the article in Poker Runs, congrats Hustler. Very Impressive :cool: Jeff
