Replacing Speakers in a 388,holes to big

The factory 6.5 Poly Planars hole size is not a standard 6.5 hole:mad: :mad:It bigger. Has anybody replaced them and how did you adapt the new 6.5 to the too big hole???

Thanks for any sugestions

Replace them with the JL M770's 7.7" component.

I got some polk 6.75's. They are round just like the 6.5's but just a bit bigger and more watts, sound great, seems to have more bass than the 6.5's that came out thats for dam sure. Also, Bazooka has an 8in marine speaker that is supposed to be loud as FK. It still needs some subs to get the seats wet!!
