Interested in a 38 Slingshot. 2000 or newer. with min. 525's. Or even a 34' Chetah, with min. 500's

Any nice one around? and of course for a great $ :)

What kind of price range are you looking for?

In the Slingshot your mostly going too find 500's unless your going 2003 or newer. My buddy has an 01 Cheetah poker run that he's looking to sell for a good price.

Market value for 2000,2001,2002,2003 I think a 2004 might be out of my budget, but it all depands on the value. I rather pay more for a good deal and value than have a max $ set in stone.

I would look at the OO7 boat ,low hours and a good price, Also In Dupont registry had the 2002 Miami boat show boat ,has come down in price also, low hours, I dont see the listed on OSO anymore, they might of sold?

The 2002 boat has a pretty sharp paint job on it,

I saw the 007 boat and it's sold. THe boat above.. (Eric's, but I dont know him) IS nice but with 575's, I want to stay away from supercharged/blown used boats like the 575's. Plus the price.. lol well, that one is up there, compared to other 02,03 &04's.

I wouldnt be scared of the 575's, maybe on insurance?

Thats the Feb Miami boat show one 2002,so its a early 02loaded,its been listed in Dupont registry ,I might have a # on it at the house.I think it was 155-175 ? 50-70 hours

Couldn't find it. But I would like to take a closer look and get more info.

Is it still for sale? Did ya get any motor and interior shots?

It was for sale a few weeks ago. No motor and int. shots.
The owner was going to send some, but never got it.

Were is it? Trailer looks like its been inside and no salt.

I think the boat is in Utah or Oklahoma. (one of those two)
It's a good deal but it has 500's and I would want to get the 525's, so I'm getting an Avanti done. The problem with used boats, is just that, used. A few years later I doubt I'll get a decent resale, if I have to.
I probobly would have bought it if it would be closer and not winter right now. I didn't want to risk missing the spring if the buy wouldn't go through.

Yup. Avanti for now.
They are great rough water boats, but not a fast hull. Old cig mold I think. .

In a year or two, hopefully I can find a 38 with bigger power.
