388 stern light?
 

I'm thinking about installing a motorized poll stern light in an empty hole for what should be a foot shower if room allows. There is an anchor/running light already mounted to the swim platform just behind the grab handle almost tucked under the hatch deck upholestry. This can't be original as it is not centered and there are a couple holes right next to it where it appears one has previously been mounted(sorry, no pic). This light is old and guady......Is this light necessary if I mount the pole stern light?......I would like to take the old light out and glass over the holes as I have a couple other nicks to fix in that general area.

Mine is right behind the trim pump port side, it hangs down about 2 foot on the inside.Theres not enough room were the shower is

I can mesure the dist from the rub rail to the light if ya need it?
