Huslter Cheetah Steering Rams??
 

Anyone know what manufacturer this is that made these rams? Need to replace outer seal and having difficulty identifying.

They are really well made and machined. On a 2003 Hustler.

I emailed factory to see if they know, but figured you guys would give me a quick answer.

Glad to see you back how are things going. Both of my Hustler's were equipped with M.M. steering. How do you like the turn downs? I would like to quiet down the boat at the docks and have been considering them.

Hi Steve, doing well thanks. Yes the turndowns work great, look like hell, but beats DNR giving me a ticket.

The 525s run pretty rich at idle so my transom gets pretty dirty fast.

If that and this leaking ram are my only issues then things are good!

Most of the MM steering rams end caps arent flush with the cylinder like these.

Tiny little drip from the end...driving me crazy!

doesent look like MM,guessing imco or Wpm,Isnt CP/Hardin makeing there own now?

I think they are Zeigler...maybe Hustler will chime in I sent them an email.

Just need a seal. They are really well made and machined rams. Probably the best Ive seen honestly.

Hey kirt didnt you have some custom battrey box"s?

mine has marine machine--like the ones in the purple sticker...so you may have some aftermarket installed units.

call john at hustler and see what he says but it appears that may be your situation. good luck

Those look like Mayfair rams, but not Mayfair wingplates...
