How much hp has anyone ever put in a 29 Rocket?

Call Joe at the factory, he will let you know. I know they put ilmor's in a few. Looked over the one at the Miami show and it was beautiful. Lots of room, perfect sized boat!

I own one of the boats that was previously seen in Miami. It has a 700-hp Mercury Racing 700SCi.

How do you like it. I have a 950hp engine that needs to go in something. Trying to make up my mind.

with a 700 it does mid to upper 90's I believe. If you would like some info feel free to give me a call im the dealer on Long Island 20 min from the factory.

The boat is terrific. The most stable vee bottom out there and an absolute wave crusher. I've had it in the Ocean and there is no boat its size that performs the way it does.
