i toke her out first run 105 mph on gps with 110 gal gas on smooth water i know there is more there.trying props and motor x dem.

Thats a great number w/110 gallons of gas. I would say you should pick up 2-3 more mph which would be very good for that setup. Post some pictures of the boat if you have any.
