Explain verify and confirm, if they cant do that within what time frame do they have to remove it from the credit report ?

I like it when a customer files a dispute about there bad credit with us, Most of the time when I update it,its worse on them :D :D Most of the time when they do this its because there trying to buy a house and the mort co is doing it for them.

When they don't pay there dept or file Bankruptcy. I call it legalized stealing :(

Like my Grandfather told me once .The people that pay there bills are paying for the ones that don't.Markup and APR :eek:

funny , equifax has me at 804 and trans union has me at 864?? different rating system i suppose...

guess thats good...

if i can't buy it i don't get it.

car note and house note... that's it for loans..

i think people are nuts to take out equity lines to buy toys....

i remember looking at a top gun 5 years ago ,was like 160 iish.

Recently had a problem with a credit card company (Discover) that they phoned someone with the same name as me and used my SS num. Turns out the guy wanted the card but did not want to give his SS over phone, so they looked it up.

What do you do If you are self employed ? Every time we lease a piece of equipment/car/software etc they check my credit all those inquiries cant be good.

Look into starting a LLC and lease the stuff you need with it instead of you doing it. Most states have decent corporate structures that keeps your private life out of your business.... :D

I have a C corp. But everyone wants a personal gurantee, and they check your credit.

if yu argue a past credit and it gets removed, can it later down the road re-appear on your credit again
