New small boat loan program
 

Just hooked with a great lender for small boats. Almost no doc for loans under 40K with instant approvals and closings. Any kind of boat. Just something to keep in mind.

Also just got a great new source for no-doc loans at competitive rates for loans over 100K. Call me if you've had a loan turned down. I may be able to get it done.

PM me for specifics. Rates just went up yesterday by 1/4 pt. Therefore, I'd say no/low docs are 7.5-8.99 in the real world.

Rates are competitive with what you see advertised. Don't get in the trap of thinking you can get 6.75% for a 50K loan with mid 600 score. It's a teaser that will actually end up between 7.5 and 9.5. Those are the real numbers today.
