What insurance and lender?

I was wondering if anyone could give me a ball park on insuring a 2002 Sunsation with 320 hp 25'. I am 28 with a clean driving record. I live in MI and will be keeping the boat at Harsens Island on Lake St. Clair.

Also what are good interest rates with a 690 credit score. I was wondering what term and approximate payments I can expect on about 32,000.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
