anyone have any suggestions about a refi? i am almost 2 years into my loan and my company said i would have to wait 2 years before i could refi with them. now they are saying that they wont be taking any new apps or refis. i pay 7.99% on a 100k loan. do ou think i could get a better rate?

In the same boat. Let me know what you come up with. Sitting at 8% and know I can do way better with the rates now.
