Default Policy Format & Company Rating: Admitted or Not?

Stacey:

Statement:
Just a reminder to those of you that fit into this program. This program is ONLY for people who can not get insurance in the "general markets" It is ideal for those who:

- Race their boats and need a policy that covers this activity

It sounds to good! I race 36 Gladiator $150,000. value/$1,000,000. P & I via OPA/OSS on circuit. If I roll the boat while Racing and sink it, do I have coverage for the re-rig and repair or Total Loss?

If you cover Race Boat exposure for Phy. Damage & Liability what are the terms and conditions?

Rating is not the issue! Coverage is?

Hey R -

If you roll the boat while racing and sink it, do you have coverage? YES

For the race policy there would be several conditions/restrictions that should be noted:

1. There is a sublimit for the pollution coverage and it is capped at X amount of dollars.
2. When vessel is not in use it must be kept in locked storage
3. Named operators only
4. ACV only
5. There is an SIR on the liability
6. Deductibles start at 10%
7. Max. $1 M liability
8. Max. $1M hull value

If you need any more specifics please contact me directly and I’ll be happy to go through more. There are some things that I do not care to post publically with regards to this program.

Non-Admitted carrier

Default Await quotation with term & conditions

Stacey:

Per conversation, please quote based on prior application given for 36 Gladiator. As respects to experience, 30 yrs racing Catamarans & V-Bottoms...max. events per year 6 on east coast....All events are insured and sanctioned by various racing groups, plus 3 pokers runs....Quote both liability & physical damage. Ownership is Corp. name! per application

Any other information needed let me know.

Await quote, terms & conditions of coverage(specimen policy), and payment terms.

Thank You, RHF

Hi, I just filled out your quote request form. I purchased a 1988 Hydra performance Cat and my insurance broker is having trouble getting me coverage for the cat hull here in Philadelphia. I hope this plan is the answer for me. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks! Bill Redmond

I got it. We can definitely write coverage on that for you. Quotes are a little backed up right now for this particular program so I should have a rate for you by tomorrow afternoon or Thursday morning! Thanks for the interest!

Talk to you soon!
