I will send you an email in the near future. There are a couple things I am researching with respects to your requests.

I have no problem stating aspects of the program online here but I will not do quotes for this program over the fourms. As an insurance agent/broker yourself, I am sure you can respect that. Sorry for the delay and I will be in touch via email soon.

Default Never asked for quotes over Forum??

Stacey:

Yes, I'm in the business, & like any intelligent insured, requested a specimen policy, carrier information, terms and conditions.....plus pricing via exposure. After review, a decision is made to purchase or not!

I don't expect a quote via a forum!

Await patiently!~

Previously I posted that this program was not for those looking to shop their boats that go over 100mph. Well, that has now changed. Rates are down dramatically!!!! So, as your policies come up for renewal with your existing carriers, give me a shout and we'll see what we can do. To request a quote for this program please call: 866-792-4149 or go to: www.wakezoneinsurance.com

Original Post:
Over the years people have asked me where they could insure their boat after it went over the 130mph mark, I would always send them to Markel, however, Markel only writes up to a certain speed, I think the maximum is 145mph through the ultra performance program; however, I could be off on that. That is just what I have been told by my Markel underwriter. So, we now have a program for boats faster than that for risks in all states (including coastal).

As of today, we now officially have a carrier that is willing to write the extreme go fast boats (V-Hull and CAT Hull). DELETED
Here are some highlights of the policy:

- No maximum horsepower
- No maximum speed threshold
- Coverage available in ALL STATES INCLUDING FLORIDA*
- For both CAT and VHULL BOATS
- ACV only
- Windstorm coverage available
- RACE BOATS OK
- EACH RISK IS SUBJECT TO COMPANY AND UNDERWRITING APPROVAL.
- Age minimum of 24 depending upon experience.

Added 01/28/09: This program is for anyone with a boat that is capable of 100mph++++. Our rates are great and I encourage you to shop!!!!

If you have a boat that you need insurance on, please call me to discuss. Not every boat/operator is going to be considered acceptable. As always we can only write in states in which we hold a non resident license in., which is mostly all states with the exception of a few northern & eastern states (MT, ND, SD, ID,and VT).

Side note: DELETED
Just curious since this is a Lloyds of London program and that would be Surplus Lines how do you file tax for the FL risk?

I'm still curious how you're able to market and sell this extreme program without a Surplus Lines License? I don't think you have one in any state, right?

Then how come you don't have to show the Taxes & Fees on the quotes?

You're an insurance guy out of OK RIGHT? That is the assumption I am under otherwise all of this is a HUGE coincidence. You're the one that couldn't write a certain risk. Now your line of questioning makes sense to me.

Colin right?!?!?! You need to get your facts cleared up before you state anything further publically. Do you know the definition of libel/slader? I put the definition of it below my post, you might find it interesting.

All SLSC and State Taxes were outlined on the official proposal (the one you were never privy to) once deductible options, coverages and carriers etc. were chosen. The taxes were then filed accordingly. I'm sorry the client didn't bind coverage with you but from your initial phone call to me, you couldn't help them or their broker, so they came to us.... we had the product, sorry.

I suggest you stop posting your comments as they are untrue and your line of questioning is out of line because it is supported by untrue assumptions. Who are you to say that we didn't outline all fees and taxes on the final proposal???? I'm looking at it now and we did. You need to research the WHOLE transaction before you go around accusing anything or anybody of wrong doing.

We do things by the book, now back off! I am done talking with you, sorry we helped a client that you couldn't.

Stacey,

Sorry for I didn’t mean to offend you in anyway I just purely asked a general question on how you file in FL since you can’t courtesy file there. That’s all just asking general questions.

No I’m not in OK.

Good Luck with your program I wish you the best with it. I’m a big supporter of Lloyds.
