Tittle Search

I am looking for a way to get a tittle search on a boat by using the HIN#. I am trying to see who has a lein on it. (Bank Repo)

If it were titled before and you know what state it was titled in you should be able to call DMV or DNR and they can tell you if the title reflects a lien. I did that for a boat I bought out of CA.
