Worldwide Marine and Freemont split

What's going on at Worldwide Marine Underwriters and Freemont Insurance ? I got a letter from Freemont saying my policy is canceled on 8/9/10 because Worldwide no longer represents Freemont.

I'd think Worldwide would contact their customers regarding this if they wanted to continue insurance services for them.
