Amount of credit given on CAT HULLS increased!!!! Contact us for a "re-quote"
I'm excited to announce that two of the carriers that we represent in this office have increased the amount of credits they can give out on CAT hull boats.
So, if you received a quotation from Wake Zone Marine on your CAT boat prior to 04/01/11, please email me and I'll have your quote re-rated. If you haven't gotten a quote from Wake Zone on your CAT yet, now is a better time than any to get one. With the CAT market getting very competitive, there are better (compared to past years) rates to be had. At Wake Zone we have no limit on the top speed your CAT can be capable of so there isn't a CAT we can't insure.
This is not for every program we represent but is for two of our admitted markets. This post is not valid for Florida quotes issued by our agency.
If you want me to re-rate your CAT quote, simply email me your name and boat to: [email protected]
*** I made a error in my original post (which I have now corrected). The overall CAT RATE did not get lowered. The amount of credits the carriers are able to give to reduce your overall rate, has increased.

#1: Depends on which carrier we currently have your policy placed with. IF you are with a carrier that I am NOT referring to in this post then you can pretty much bank on your renewal rate staying steady.
#2: Depends on the type of credits that were given to you when we bound coverage for you. There are some clients that are on our books that are maxed out on the amount of discounts and credits they can receive.
#3: Depends on what you've got on your driving record come renewal and what additional discounts you qualify for.
We look at renewals each year and reshop and try to lower rates where we can. If you'd like to discuss the renewal of your policy in particular please call me or email me about it and I'll let you know where your policy stands and if it qualifies for further discounts at renewal. We'll always try to help you save money where we can.
