If you are a costco member they use essex credit. I just got 5.96 for 15yrs. With 10% down.

The max they will go is 84months I think and they cap out at 50k. Pretty sure you need to live in the parish to bank with them.

Look up Jefferson financial credit union. I heard they offer the same deals.

+1 I just refied through Costco / Essex and got 5.96 for 8 years, nothing down on my 2007. Very easy process.

credit union i just went through gave me 4.9% but for a max of 5 years. go join a credit union! it cost me 5 bucks for my membership
