I need some input for area hotels as it looks like 4 Total Dollar people will be coming to this event.

Why don't you just ask Devin? Most hotels get sold out quickly. Nautical Inn is old and therefore overpriced for what you get. Stay near London Bridge if you want to be near the run. Go to VRBO.com and rent a house locally is another option.
