Just a quick thank you to Stacy at Wakezone.

She did an awesome job with getting our insurance taken care of for our new boat and I cannot thank her enough for her patience with us when the bank at the last minute decided to change the rules of the game after I had Stacy put the new policy into effect and then had to stop it until we could sort through the issue with the bank.

I can't say enough good things about Stacy's customer service. I've had my boat with her for years and plan to keep it there as long as I own it. I recently tried moving my home and auto over to her. Sadly, we couldn't make the numbers work in the end...but this girl went to the mat trying to make it work and explaining the "why" of the numbers. She will never lay a bunch of BS on you and always gets back to you within a day. She is outstandingly better than any other insurance agent I have ever dealt with for home, auto or boat. Even if she does not come in with the cheapest quote (which she often does anyway) it's worth a slight premium for her level of service.

If you're not insured with her.....you should be.

My son has a friend who's dad is an insurance agent. He begged me to let him run numbers for boat, auto, home, umbrella. Sent me numerous quotes, and the best one was a couple hundred a year less than what I have from Stacy.

I told him that wasn't nearly enough to make me switch.

Best service you will find anywhere....with no BS....that's Stacy!

Awe, thank you Ron! All is great here! Twins are now 10 weeks and big sister just turned 19 months.... It truly is tons of fun! As absolutely insane as life is right now, we wouldn't trade it for anything! Hope you are doing great as well. :)

Said it before but will say it again. Stacy is the best. I just sold my boat.....saddest part about it was I'm no longer Stacy's customer! She's a straight shooter....something VERY hard to find in any aspect of high performance boating.

I actually was almost gonna cheat on Stacy with my new boat insurance after she's taken care of my boat insurance for years. Am I glad I did not, in 30 seconds of conversation with Stacy and her outstanding knowledge of boat insurance it was plain to see how I was about to get ****ed over, and how politely she made me feel like an ******* for almost cheating on her. Thanks Stacy, and again I'm sorry for even considering.
