The rumors in the HP insurance industry are saying that some of the existing carriers are decreasing the value of boats they will write and eliminating states they will write policies in.I'm fortunate enough to be on the other side of this scenario with high limits on just about every boat that meets our guidelines and instant quoting and binding ability.I have more good news,TOTAL DOLLAR will soon have another A RATED AND ADMITTED COMPANY to provide HP insurance coverage.I convinced one of our traditional yacht insurance companies to insure HP boats and they asked me to help with rates and guidelines.I guess we will have to hire more people as our 11 person yacht and high performance department is almost at capacity.I know WOZENCRAFT will be asking me when he will have access to this new program but it is a few months away.
