Obviously, rates have bounced around some over the last six months but all of our lenders seem to be on the same page finally. I now have "Stated" income/assets on any loan amount less than $150,000! for those customers who are generally self-employed and don't claim everything, this will give them more options than ever without having to sacrifice rates, terms or down payments. In regards to High Performance financing, things have changed quite a bit as well. generally we are seeing slighter higher than normal rates and shorter term programs for the High Performance collateral.
