Can someone recommend a credit union in Florida?
Will they loan 80% LTV on a $1M purchase, new?

I don't about the 80% LTV you're looking for but, I just did a truck refi with Achieva CU and they were great to work with.

Not sure if a CU will do an $800k boat loan.

Try SCCU. Space Coast CU
