Jon-
I was worried about Hering's delivery history, but think it helped that Craig sends them business regularly.
Now I need to get busy and install the billet inner plates you made for me.:D

Got the drives and they'll be installed Monday. The Hering mods to the lower units look great; they don't just weld on a new skeg, they reshape the lower. tight! :D
Pics later.

Does he weld an entire new skeg on?
Or just that extra inch on the back side to bring it closer to the prop?

Thanks

Jon-
The entire skeg is new: thinner than stock and made from high strength alloy. If you tap the skeg, it "rings".
