I was planning on coming down to check things out. Not sure if I will come down sat or sun though. Depends on the weather. I still want to use my boat a few more times.

I'm thinking Sunday. Saturday is just practice rounds correct?

yea, Saturday is just practice from what I understand. I am planning on heading down one of the days, it really depends on what the weather forcast is. I dont want to go one day and then not be able to use the boat.

Well the weather looks good both days. Sunday sounds good to me John. let me know what time you were planning on leaving.

maybe sunday for me , are you OSO guys just hanging in the pit area at Trumps or are you going somewhere (beach bar to watch the race). fast fun 2 , 09 oc race i was on the steps of the harrison hall hotel with your Mom and Uncle , he borrowed my binoculars. we watched your 517 avanti fly around, best of luck with the new ride. Becareful around John in the pit area , just before the race he may tie you up and steal your helmet and hop in the drivers seat.

Remember the Krypto that had the big blue stripe on the side, that widened out to pretty much the whole stern, it had a 500 EFI in it and a sun pad instead of the solid hatch. Well apparently it is in Delaware now. My mom called me yesterday said she saw it being towed, had delaware tags on the trailer and on the truck. I know it was for sale not too long ago.

If that guy gets on here John, you wont be the slowest anymore...:lolhit:

John and Phil, you guys should come to the CT river run Oct 19. I hear its a good run

The last owner was on LI and he used to come over to one of the CT watering holes. It was a real nice boat and somebody got a nice deal on it! Said it ran about 80.

I remember when it was for sale. Just wondering who bought it. He told me that it ran 79mph with a 500efi, which sounds about right.
