28ss with twin 300 verados?
How fast do you think this setup would be? I saw the test of your boat this month and thought it looked very nice. Can you get a bigger fuel tank? Also why do you split the engine gauges so far apart? It would make more sense to have the gauges grouped by function. Is the boat 28 feet plus the bracket or does it include the bracket in that 28 feet?

Latitude 28 SS 300's Verado
Driven1, I believe a pair of 300 V's should safely move this boat between 72 to 75MPH, this very conservative giving that this boat with the twin 225 V's does 63-65MPH.
As far as fuel, how much more would you need, we might have to sacrifice the head under the console, or a floor cooler, center of gravity is crucial. You can call me any time at Latitude 305-758-BOAT (2628) Thanks Orlando |
