Sport. If Roger M. has Brother in law Gary's blue sport,, mine was one number older then his.

The last 4 numbers are the date Bud......

My hull number is molded in the transom.....most boats after about '73 should have this?......it was a law right?

The number 301 is written under the dash too.

Anyway....here is mine broken down: MAG273010674

MAG: Magnum
27: 27 foot hull
301: 301st 27 foot hull built
0674: built June '74

Ok here is what we have on build sequence:
hull # 244 built in 08/73...Highlife owner
hull# 250 built in 04/73 ...Mvento owner
hull# 264 ? we know it has been re titled because it's new ID # is Mag 27 264 0582
hull # 287 built in ??? .... NoCigarett owner
hull # 301 built in 6/74...24Degree owner

There is no question that it was re titled,just trying to pinpoint when it was actually built...should be late 73 early 74.Any one have an ID # real close to #264. Bud

Note build date is actually the date the keel was layed,in some cases the built date may not match up exactly see 244 & 250

Nope....all 27 hulls were included. You have 27 hull #244.....made in August '73.......makes sense.

Aaron is correct see my edit to my last post.From what I have been told the keel and base boat would be built and the decking could be installed at a later date. BudWeisner

Bud, I misprinted my I.D. on my white MAGNUM, correct # is MAG272440573,not 873......... The black sedan is MAG272510373. How can a hull be made in March with #251 and a hull made in May be #244 ????? HIGH LIFE

It is not uncommon to find this with sedans,they probably layed up a couple of sedans in March which are slightly different that a 27 sport and gave then advanced hull #'s but kept the lay up date of 03 73 which is always to the last 4 numbers. Bud
