When I looked at the 27' Sedan Magnum that was for sale in New Hampshire, open trailer shipping to Detroit last year was around $1200.00 to $1500.00. I would think your 16' Donzi in a enclosed trailer today would be at least that much ? I do know of a few open trailer haulers, give me a PM if you want there names.

I did it myself !!! Left Boston @ 6:30 p.m. Fri. w/ my friend (also a die hard trucker). Everything was working great UNTIL we got to Detroit, construction detour BIG TIME, cost us at least 3hrs. The DONZI was everything I expected !! Was interesting traveling to 5 states on GAS prices and cigarette, gas was $3.73 in Ohio, cig's $3.75....N.Y. cig's $7.35,gas $4.07???? Returned to Boston Sat. 5:50 a.m......tired.....Donzi looks great next to the MAGNUM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HIGH LIFE
