27 Magnum "THE BOSS"
 

I am hopeing some of you remember the 27' Magnum called "THE BOSS"! I would really like to see some old pics and anything you might know about it!!! I have owned it since 1995 and am pulling the Holman & Moody (50 hrs since freshened up) Boss 351s and have two Walters Turbines (800 SHP) that are zero since factory Overhaul to put into it. I am in Las Vegas but it was in Long Beach California at Bill Stoppe Lincoln Mercury and was Bill of Sale transfered by Holman & Moody in 1995.

No I did not buy it...have 5 to sell,don't need any more.I agree I would pot the Fords back in and restore it back to it's glory days. Bud

I posted this some time ago, this ad was from a 1970's Powerboat Magazine. This Mag had Boeing 385hp turbines,,:eek: where it is today ??????????? :drink:

did anyone notice the blue cuda in the pics?

Just for grins the two OHC Lincoln Engines in the pic with the 'Cuda now look like this! it is a 27T Bucket with a Jag rear end Corvette C-5 spindles and a chain drive to a 5spd + OD. Trans. It isCalled "Double Trouble" will be on Mg Covers in a couple of months.

800 shp thru volvo 270 drives. Good luck with that.
