Speeds of Magnums with stock 350cu, 300hp power & Volvo drives was around 55mph. With the stock 280 Trs package, 60 to 65mph. Here is a speed chart from 1976 St Clair Michigan speed run.

Been a long time since I've seen some of this stuff. Call III was my uncles first or second year in racing the 24' Cigarette "RASCAL". Teak decks and all.
