Restoration Progress 74 Maltese
3 Attachment(s)
Hello everyone,
3 weeks into restoration. So far so good. Hull very sound, tanks like brand new. Center floor already restored with Marine plywood, glass, and gel (it was getting a little soft from age, unlike most of us!). Engines in shop (Twin 350 chevy LT-1, originally Chris Craft 350 FLVHP). Out drives being gone though (still original Vovlo 270T with trim). Lots of chrome off to platers (B & L Plating, Michigan great guys to work with). Boat is at Miller Marine North Carolina Try to keep updating as we progress. Trying to keep it as original and true to its heritage as possible. Any tips or suggestions appreciated. Jeff |
Looks great Jeff!...glad to hear you're keeping it pretty original.

Sorry,
Forgot the blue pic. Which color is closest, I remember it being the lighter blue originally. Any input? Thanks, Jeff |
I have a pic of a '73 Sport with CCs and they're green...
