Help Requested! Cleat removal Maltese
 

Hey guys, any help appreciated on this issue. Does anyone know of a trick or process of removing the cleats right below the side marker lights on a Maltese? These are the midsize cleats on both sides right in front of the step plates. Can't for the life of me figure out how to access these. They are the last two items to be removed from the boat for polishing.

I have in the past used a 1/4 inch ratchet because it is small with a flexible extension to reach the nut below. This is a two man operation. Bud
