Hub Kit
 

Hello all,
Just a note to let all the guys still running Volvos that Turning point Propeller is now making a hub kit that is compatible with Merc's Flo Torq II, Michigan Wheel XHS, and Solas Rubex prop systems. The are supposed to be available 1/1/16.

Anybody interested let me know.

That is great news! Are they going to be priced similarly to their other hubs? They are just down the road from a few of my customers, never knew they were there.

The information I have says list price is $70.00 for the hub kit.

This is great news, opens up a lot of possibilities for props.

This is great news as the one's Jeff & I made had way to much labor involved. You will be amazed how much better Merc props work compared to the Solas props when you raise the Volvo drives, & there are many more used Merc props are out there to try..

The progress is slow, the pictures are many. I have started a book on shutterfly.com. Hit the link and check it out. It may be a little further along than the last picture. The dash is in just not screwed down yet.

They are a special order item from my supplier, which would put them about 2 weeks out. Price is $62.99. Mention OSO at time of ordering I will give you the Captians discount (10%).

That is the correct info. I am here 8-6 wednesday thru saturday and 8-3 sunday for the next 2 weeks, Then it will be my partners turn.

I Just received my 2 prop adapters from Tom today they are perfect ... We now can use the Mercruiser style props like the Mirage & get away from the Solas props that don't work when you raise a Volvo drive up. These adapters were very much like the ones Jeff & I made prototypes of but we could have never made them for these prices & the quality of these adapters is spot on !!! Also they will work with the short prop shaft like the Volvo 250 drive has or the long prop shaft like a 280 Volvo drive has. Thanks Tom !!!!!
