I know you can usually get rid of the blower surge with some adjustments but............................................... .................

Yes, that was the first start up in the water for those motors. They were being immediately tuned by the guy you see climbing around checking the engines Brad Smith, he was the builder of the engines. He builds a pretty sick engine, Brad Smith is out of Joplin, Missouri.
