Job Opening Technical Support / Customer Service

Barry Grant, Inc., a leading manufacturer of carburetors and induction components for the auto performance and racing industry, seeks well-qualified, ambitious individual with technical skills in our Technical Support / Customer Services Department.

The candidate should have a basic knowledge of the industry in general and of performance engines, carburetors, and fuel systems, in particular. Good customer service phone skills as well as basic computer
knowledge is necessary. Responsibilities include: taking technical questions and offering solutions, making product recommendations and dealer referrals, processing rebuild/ repair orders, data tracking, phone
follow-up calls, and some travel to automotive events.

Location is in the picturesque north Georgia Mountains, approximately one hour north of Atlanta. Benefits include: competitive 401K plan, health plan (medical, dental, life insurance), and climate-controlled work environment.
