storage options?? at least 12x40

Looking for possible storage options for northern va area. Minimum 12x40. Prefer near Chantilly or Reston area. Anyone got any great ideas? This would most likely be an occasional need during the summer months for the weekends we'd tow up from Smith mt. lake.
I'd even rent a barn :) At the most it would be 2 weeks at a time.

Here is an idea , just rent dome ground and erect one of these , mine is 26-48 with garage doors , 12 ft high m 3 ft rafter spacing , hut style poly building , snow load rated , to your door for 6 k . It might be a long time before you find an empty building , but land is easy

finding land in Chantilly/Reston would be anything but easy!!! Probably cheaper to buy 2 boats, one for each location!!! :)

Andre, there is a place right off rt 122 in bedford that we store our boat in the winter, but you can use it year round, that way you don't have to tow far.

Thanks. I looked into that place. Nice but it adds a couple additional hrs of towing due to our troute back home.

We'd normally be towing the boat up from SML a couple times of year, to use the boat on the Potomac or Lake Anna the weekend after towing up. Then keeping it another week and towing back to SML.

Thanks.
Is that the All-size storage right near Fisher's Auto parts? Solves my sml storage need but not NOVA's.
