FYI..........On 4/22 there will be a new place on Hartwell, next to Portman called BOATWORX. So, if your on that side of the lake you now have another place for boat stuff, maint....etc. The phone # will be 864-287-7064.

RumRunner........From what i know its not gonna be a "bait shop". But, I will need to ask some more details. (I dont know how the exact owner/partnership scheme, but one of the guys I work with is in on it, and someone that was from TAL I think.....one of the mechanic dudes).
I do hope he does what the local Fountain guys are gonna do, is at least carry some typical stuff you might want (synth oils, plugs, hp filters, carb stuff......etc). And you know how hard that stuff is to find when you need it NOW.

Speedbump. I believe so. I am REALLY hoping to get a lot of use out of the boat this year, between Lanier and Hartwell. My guess is that I will just run back to my folks house. Actually, I was wondering what folks had planned for Memorial weekend. (I'll probably, if someone else does not, start a thread on it)
