Lake Hartwell Poker Run
 

Anyone headed to this poker run on the 18th of may?

what can be expected?

Did it last year, it was kinda small and a little disorginized, but we had a blast. If I get the rest of the parts to put the motor back together, I'll be there as a test run.

Eric 1969. We, as a club, did a poker run on Hartwell in mid summer. The run was put on by the Optimist Club I think. It was set up a little different than most. They had about 10 stops set up around the lake and you went to any 5 of them. Then met back at the marina to turn in your hand. They had a band and prizes etc. We had a good day on the water. This one you mentioned I don't know about. If you find out some info please pass it on. Thanks

Five stops and will start around 11 to noon and end about 4 to 5 pm I would guess . If you can not open up the file here is what it is about. This one is on May 18, $50 bucks gets your boat and your honey and a meal. 2nd hand is $25, 3rd $15, 4th $10, 1st prize is 25% of purse, 2nd 15%, 3rd 10%.

Thats the weekend AFTER the St Johns trip. I ran it last year, had a real blast. Gonna try to make it.

BTW...gonna be at Hartwell for the weekend this weekend...anyone gonna be around?????
