Anyone boating this weekend? Fairview to Colonial Beach?

Not us. We will be doin the Smith Mountain Lake poker run.

I'll be at Dobbins Island on Saturday. Then Sunday at Dobbins again or back behind Sillery bay where the horse farm is...

I'll probably be out this weekend, not sure whether it will be Sat or Sun. I will probably be up north, Mattawoman-DC.

We will be at Smith Mountain Lake run also. With all the high water on the Potomac, watch out for trash in the river. Would be a shame to tear up a prop just before Memorial Day W/E

New York this weekend, Myrtle Beach the following weekend but I can't wait to burn your credit card up next time we get together!

I love SML wish I could have done this run. We go every year at some point. Enjoy the run.....have :drink: one for me ahh hell make it two

Went from the Mattawoman down to Fairview yesterday. LOTS of junk in the river.

I think I saw you yesterday at Fairview, Picutures do not do your boat justice, very nice Boat!! I went from Potomac creek down to Mathais Point lots of stuff floating that way too.

Did you launch from Belle Plains? Saw a trailer with Fountain logo in the parking lot.

You all had quite a crowd there on Sunday - we left early because it was so overcast - got home (5 miles away) and the sun came out. Hope to catch you at the ramp one weekend.

Randy, we will be around Fairview some but plan on riding some too.. maybe Colonial Beach, to Dockside or High Tides

Had a great time at the SML, weather was beautiful, the date is set for next year, weekend before Memorial day, you can start planning.

Anyone have plans for this weekend. We have a wedding at Vera's on Sat afternoon, but might hit Fairview (Rick's on the River) Sat evening/night

I heard there have been a couple of bad fights there recently.
We have a baptism sat. but might be out sat afternoon and sunday.

Careful out there as I know you guys always are. Cops were out on the Potomac and in Aquia Creek this afternoon. Local radio stations were anouncing sobriety check points in all VA waters for this weekend. :eek:

Yesterday I rode from Goose Bay down to Colonial Beach, back up to Fairview, Down to Gilligans, and back to Goose Bay and didn't see any law enforcement.

Oh, and I got the courtesy CG Aux inspection at Goose Bay. I don't really want to put the sticker on my boat but if it will possibly save me some hassles I will.

Big turn out for the fireworks at Tims last night.
