Potomac Down River Fun Run -- June 4th
 

Wanted to start a fresh thread. Who's attending? I want to stress to everyone this is a laid back run, no solid schedule... want everyone to have a good time and go with the flow. No one will be left behind.

June 4th:
1)9:30 AM -- Meet Tims/Fairview area for the northern boaters, etc.
2)10:30 AM -- Gilligans - Pick up/Meet additional boats
3) 12ish -- Lunch at Cobb Island
4) 3-4ish -- Afternoon stop at Fitzies
5) 6-7ish on --- Evening in Kinsale. Get there early enough so that we could grab some dinner and if some didn't want to stay overnight they could head back. If not slips for overnight there.

My cell is 540-273-0669. If anyone's running a few minutes late, or needs anything, please feel free to call.

I've been following this for awhile now. I wish I could but I'll be picking my new boat (well new to me) up from Lake George that day.

Sounds like it's going to be a great day.....Hope to catch up later in the summer! I haven't been past Gilligans yet and I'm looking forward to meeting new boaters..

Will have to catch up to the group at Cobb Island, our morning is getting filled up. Hope the weather is good.

We will catch up at either Fairview or Cobb Island depending where I launch the boat.

Drift Away @ Pirates Den on Cobb Island is closed. Either Capt Johns or Shymanskys for lunch.

Chuckels... you gonna make it still? Your new DCB sounded great coming in to Gilligans yesterday, but that pass you made on the way back out was straight ****ty. You can hear your boat clear as day at Gilligans when you're well past the 301

Is anyone planning on spending the night in Kinsale or is everyone cruising back before dark?
