Thanks for the compliments, you are talking about my boat....
That MTI, DCB, Fountain, Sonic ect. got nothing on me.
Just kidding, I wish someone would post some pics.

Not yet.....pulled the plugs, they all look good, ran a compression check, all cylinders are 145-150 lbs. The next step is to get someone who has more knowledge than me to listen to it before pulling the exhaust headers off to look at the valve train for any problems.
I swear it sounds like an exhaust leak, but no loose header bolts, and no evidence of soot around the exhaust flange. Oh well Its a boat!!!

How is Vera's now ? I understand there is a new owner. I visited once many years ago when Vera owned it. First and last time I went. Dissapointment in the place, food and service is an understatement. Was lead to beleive it was a "must see" place. Dock was falling apart too.

Steve the new owner has invested millions of dollars in the place and it shows. Food is decent, the place looks great, and the docks are all redone. Worst thing is that when they get real busy the service from the kitchen can be slow. Vera (RIP) would be astonished at how the place is now. Definitely worth the trip, especially on bikini contest weekends.
