Potomac End of Year Trip Oct 8-9th
 

Heading to the Potomac for an end of the year weekend trip. Putting in Friday afternoon at Hope Springs and running up to Old Town and staying there Friday night to do some bar hopping. Saturday run up in Georgetown for lunch and head back to National Harbor for the night.
if anyone is interested, should be good weather as of now.

Sounds like a fun trip. I ran up to Old Town last Friday. Keep your eyes open for debris. I'll be out somehwere on Sat. I might take a ride up to Maine Ave. to pick up some seafood.

We plan to head into DC on Sunday. It is supposed to be near 80*

Going to G-Town? Maybe I can talk my wife into going out Sunday too.

But, Sunday is our 18th anniv., so she might have other ideas. :argue:

Man that sounds like fun...i put in at hope springs to.....but i dont think my little boat would keep up with ya'll!
Have been wanting to head north always seem to head south.

hmmmmm.... interesting, I may ride up there too, havent been north yet this year.

Im going to fairview the evening if anyone is out, first nice day in a month.

We take our time and only cruise about 40 mph, nothing to be in a rush for. We love to come up to the Potomac, so much to do.
Old Town Alexandria is really a neat little place with all the bars and shops. Everything is not that far either.

Where you gonna stay at overnight?
