The Run is out in front of Tim's II http://www.tims2.com/

Oct 13th, the runs usually start about 10, but they have breakfast and registration starting around 8.

No fee to enter.

Classes, single-v, twin-v, single-cat, twin-cat, there are OB classes too, not sure how they work.

They shoot you as you drive by the boat

There is a ramp very close to the run, or you can come by water. Some people from MD put in here http://www.goosebaymarina.com/ It's about 15-20 miles downriver.
