Memorial Day Weekend on the Potomac

Gilligans Pier has bands Fri. to Mon. Worx plays Sat and Sun. Port Tobacco Marinas web site doesn't show anything going on that Weekend, in fact its shows that its closed on Mon. They are usually closed Mon. and Tues, just figured they might be open for Memorial Day.
What else is happening on the River?
